Men’s fashion represents approximately one third of the clothing market and has become a real spur for growth in the sector. Patricia Romatet, lecturer and Associate Director of Research and Consulting at the Institut Français de la Mode, recently carried out a survey on the future of men’s fashion for Première Vision. A summarized version of this study appeared in the collective publication, « Men Under Construction by Première Vision », that was published on January 22nd 2009. This bilingual book brings together 22 texts from international figures from the artistic and cultural worlds and was illustrated by big name photographers.
