Admission is selective and based on previous experience and responsibilities. Individual applications are welcome, however most applications are expected to come from companies or organizations.
Companies are expected to cover the fees and expenses for participants, as well as giving extra time to participants to prepare and learn more from each session.
The application form in Chinese and English versions should be sent to the Program Office of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University no later than August 28 (Friday), 2009.

The fee for the six compulsory modules in China is RMB 92,000 (about 10,500 euros), including tuition, study materials, lunch and refreshments. The admission letter and the invoice will be sent together to the participants and the entire fee should be paid prior to the start of the program. The study tour in France is an optional course, which costs 6,800 euros, including full board in three-star hotels in downtown Paris, but excluding travel expenses.
The six modules in China are delivered over six months, one module per month. Each module is taught on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
In Beijing lectures are given at TSINGHUA EDP (Executive Education Center), School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.

Some lectures are given in Shanghai in a suitable dowtown location.
In Paris activities include company visits, site visits and lectures which take place at:
the INSTITUT FRANÇAIS DE LA MODE, Paris, and HEC PARIS, Jouy-en-Josas.
Attendance is compulsory for all modules in China.
Participants who successfully complete the six modules are awarded an International Certificate jointly delivered by the School of Economics & Management of Tsinghua University, the INSTITUT FRANÇAIS DE LA MODE, and HEC PARIS.
