Through its privileged contacts with industry, the IFM functions along the same principles as the "Grandes Ecoles". The educational approach of the IFM is resolutely in favor of strong links with the job market and industry in general, the Institute has set up a veritable interactive system between teaching, industry and the students. The professionals in the sector are involved to a great extent in the recruitment and admissions process through their participation in the admission juries as well as the classes given.

The Recruitment and Career Management Department of the IFM has developed strong links with the industry so as to be in a position to propose the following services to students:

• help in optimizing their job search
• targeted help and advice, adapted to their needs


THE RECRUITMENT AND CAREER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT OF THE IFM INCLUDES:

• the centralization and management of over 400 job offers and 100 internship offers per year (available on the IFM's web site)
• an in-depth knowledge of the organizations and the evolution in the careers and skills in the sector
• individual supervision of each student during the school year and throughout his or her career
• publishing the IFM's ALUMNI BOOK
• publishing the CV BOOK of the students of each year of the MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
• a research and personalized advice service
