var txt2 = '<b>Olivier Assouly</b><br>Olivier Assouly studied under Jacques Derrida for his Masters (DA) in 1992 at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. He then went on to teach philosophy  from 1996 to 2002. In addition to the numerous articles he has written on fashion and gastronomy most notably in the Beaux-arts magazine and other specialized magazines, he has written two books on eating practices and behavior : Les Nourritures divines. Essai sur les interdits alimentaires (Actes Sud, 2002) and Les Nourritures nostalgiques. Essai sur le mythe du terroir (Actes Sud, 2004). He has also edited a collective work Le luxe. Essais sur la fabrique de l’ostentation (Luxury products. Essays on the manufacture of ostentation) (IFM/Regard). He joined the IFM in 2003 and is currently head of Research, Publishing and the Library and Information Center. ';

var txt5 = '<b>Alberto Capatti</b><br>Alberto Capatti is editor of the monthly magazine Slow of the international Slow food association, which is translated into six languages. He participated in the catalogue of the Bibliothèque Nationale Livres en bouche (Hermann éditeur, 2001) and along with Massimo Montanari published La cuisine italienne, histoire d’une culture (Seuil, 2002). He is didactic and scientific consultant at the New University of gastronomic science at Pollenzo and Colorno. He contributed to the collective work  Le luxe. var txt6 = '<b>Ségolène Ferrand</b><br>A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Literature) and the ESSEC (Semiology) and a Masters in American Literature at the Sorbonne, Ségolène Ferrand is Head of communications at the IFM. Before joining the staff of the IFM she was an International Product Manager at L’Oréal Produits de Luxe and now teaches a part of the IFM’s Management Program dealing with perfume and cosmetic marketing. She also contributes to the research activities of the institute. Her area of expertise is the imaginary universe that surrounds brands, the creative world and the interactions between culture and design in contemporary society. ';
var txt7 = '<b>Alain Findeli</b><br>Alain Findeli, is an engineer with a PhD in aesthetics (Du Bauhaus à Chicago : les années d’enseignement de Laszlo Moholy-Nagy (1937-46)), and is a professor at the Ecole de Design Industriel de la Faculté de l’aménagement at the University of Montréal and has been scientific and teaching director of the research Masters « Design et Complexité » since 2000. var txt12 = '<b>Pascal Morand</b><br>Pascal Morand is a graduate of HEC and has a Ph.D. in economic science, he has been the Director of the IFM since 1987. He also teaches at the ESCP-EAP. He is also administrator at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles (ENSAIT), the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI), the Institut Supérieur Textile d’Alsace (ISTA), the Union Française des Arts du Costume (UFAC), the Association Nationale pour le Développement des Arts de la Mode (ANDAM), and a member of the Comité d’orientation du Centre d’Observation Économique (COE/Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris) and the Comité de pilotage de la Foire Internationale d’Art Contemporain (FIAC). He is the author of numerous articles and books on the textile and fashion economies, the international economy and the links between culture and economics which includes a 2001 essay on the economic and monetary Union : La victoire de Luther : essai sur l’union économique et monétaire (Maison des Sciences de l’Homme/Vivarium, 2001). In addition, she has carried out a number of market surveys on consumption and distribution in the clothing industry for companies in the sector. ';
