A graduate of Reims Management School, of the Law faculty at Reims and of the IFM, Véronique Delignette-Schilling began her career at DEFI. She joined the IFM in 1988 to develop the career and outside relations department while remaining associated with the designer Olivier Guillemin. From 1991 to 1992, she ran the ceremonial costume production of the Albertville Winter Olympics. In 1993 she took over the Fashion Management program at the IFM and then took over all of the undergraduate programs, while remaining associate founder and consultant at XLconseil. For 9 years she worked as a consultant for Disneyland Paris, Jean-Paul Gaultier as well as for the Fédération Française de la Couture. She is currently academic affairs advisor at the IFM where she is in Director of the Global Fashion Management Executive MBA.
