Student Profile

Applicants can have obtained their Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field of study.

The Program is taught in English and applicants are not required to speak French. French language lessons are incorporated into the program for those students who are not fluent.

15-month MSc Core Year:

Candidates applying directly to the MSc Core Yearneed to meet one of the following requirements:

  • have completed or are currently in final year of a 4-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • have completed a 3-year Bachelor's degree + 3 years of full-time work experience

MSc Fundamentals Year:

Candidates must have completed or currently be in final year of a 3-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
For these students, it is required to successfully complete both the MSc Fundamentals Year and the following 15-month MSc Core Yearin order to earn the MSc program degree.

Applicants who are not native English speakers or have not spent at least three years studying in an English-speaking university are required to submit one of the following English language proficiency test score reports: TOEFL (minimum score 100), IELTS (minimum score 7) or TOEIC with Speaking & Writing option (minimum score 900, 180 for Speaking & Writing).

GMAT (code 1JC-BR-51) or GRE (code 7128) official score reports are encouraged but not mandatory.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of two steps, firstly the submission of a detailed written application (completed with 2 reference forms) and secondly, for selected candidates, an interview (either via Skype or in person), with a jury of IFM faculty, staff or industry professionals.

Tuition Fees & Financing

For the 2018-2019 academic year

MSc Core Year (15 months) : €19,000 (or €25,000 for non-EU citizens)

MSc Fundamentals Year (12 months) : €9,000 (or €12,000 for non-EU citizens)

These fees include language classes and transportation costs for the mandatory study tours (students will be responsible for their own accommodation and meal costs).

Thanks to the sponsorship of company members of Cercle IFM, need-based scholarships are available, and are awarded based upon the financial situation of the applicant's household.

The following students are not eligible to the IFM scholarship scheme:

  • 15-month Core Year: students who are 29 years of age and above on Sept 1st of the academic year for which they are enrolled
  • MSc Fundamentals Year: students who are 28 years of age and above on Sept 1st of the academic year for which they are enrolled
  • Students on French individual training leave (CIF)

Alumni Association Fees

Lifetime contribution to the Alumni Association: €300
