The IFM connects you with recruiters and companies:

• Individual meetings with HR managers as part of the annual Recruitment Forum at IFM.
• Company presentations of their activity and jobs available for IFM alumni.
• Job offers from companies and recruitment agencies straight to alumni (some exclusive to IFM alumni).
• Individual coaching: creative formalization of each student’s career to date and plans for the future, CV writing and interview coaching, debriefing and individual supervision.
• Over 200 internships available annually.
• The end of year internship lasts for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months (from July to December). It is an opportunity to put IFM teachings into practice and marks the beginning of a career. Interns often receive permanent job offers.

The Recruitment and Career Management department continues to help alumni in their relationships with the industry and stays connected with them throughout their career.

Graduates benefit from a strong alumni network, a constantly updated database and links in France and abroad.

IFM’s Management Program has built an excellent reputation and is seen as a legitimate and professional training by the industry at large. Over 400 job offers are posted every year on the IFM’s website. They are updated regularly and come from companies in the sector and Recruitment consultants and are exclusive to IFM graduates.

The Recruitment and Career Management department acts as a bridge between graduates and companies by actively networking with recruiters and job seekers.
